One of the many ways that we do this is to ‘drip’ content to our visitors who have been converted from window-shoppers into ‘warm leads’. With every conversion form, our leads are then added to a customer database where that information can be stored and drawn upon when relevant information about our product or services may impact their buying decision.
Every month an email newsletter is sent out with a summary of articles that these customers may find useful – and with that content we are reinforcing the expertise of our client. Our goal is to assist our customers in the decision-making process and the added bonus of relative projects or implementations.
Staying top of mind with your prospective customers is a great way to complete the sales cycle, but if your website is not helping you with that endeavor – you might as well be throwing your online marketing budget down the toilet.
