In contrast to part three of our series – not posting enough – can also have a negative impact on your customer engagement.
We’ve discussed the various differences between Facebook and Twitter and the speed at which each network moves – and it’s a great idea to plan out your engagements on each platform. With Facebook – it’s probably a good idea to engage once a day however, with Twitter – you could easily engage up to three times a day while participating in other conversations every hour.
If I haven’t said it already – the most important aspect of social media is simply having a presence – then engaging with your customers, not just small talk – but engaging.
